SHIPPING POLICIES

Free Shipping - All orders qualifying for free shipping ship via standard service. Carbonics reserves the right to choose the shipping method.

Local Delivery - All local delivery orders of in-stock items/gases will ship next business day if ordered by 2 pm. We will notify you immediately if an item is unable to be delivered the next business day.

Courier Delivery - All orders in-stock items shipping by courier will ship within 1 business day unless specified. We will notify you immediately if your order may be delayed.

LTL / Commercial Carrier - All orders shipping on a pallet, skid, or crate via truck will be quoted at the time of order. In-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days, we will notify you at the time of order if there will be delays.

Direct from Supplier - We work with our suppliers to offer a fast turnaround of in-stock items shipped from their warehouses. Typically our suppliers will average 1-3 days to ship orders. In rare circumstances there may be additional delays, we will contact you if additional delays occur.
